The Accreditation Process with IQG is voluntary, and the basic principles are:

·         To use referential of excellence in the healthcare area to reorganize its practices, reduce risks for patients, professionals and collaborators;

·         To focus the organization’s performance, using an approach centered on the process of patient/customer’s care ; to amplify the users’ safety while choosing and using services.

IQG is a leader in the implantation and certification of ONA Accreditation, currently with over 200 Institutions Accredited all over Brazil.

IQG monitors Safety and Assistance Protocols developed through the analysis of identified Sentinel Events .
